Falt House Hodonice

The diploma thesis was prepared for the new construction of an apartment building at the stage of project documentation for the execution of the construction. The building is part of a new residential zone built on the premises of the former JZD in the village of Hodonice near Znojmo. The project was developed in accordance with the spatial plan and respects the surrounding development. The goal was to design a building that would provide residents with new residential housing that meets today's standards. It is a partially basement building with one basement floor and three aboveground floors. In the basement of the building there are cellar cubicles assigned to individual apartments, technical rooms, a room for bikes and strollers and a drying room. On the upper floors there are a total of twelve apartments with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk and 4+kk. The third floor of the apartment building is set back, which gave space for the creation of terraces that offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Photovoltaic panels and heat pumps are placed on the flat roof. The new construction of the apartment building meets the requirements for a building with almost zero energy consumption.

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Krnov city, located in the Moravian-Silesian region. This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of building. Project of apartment building with huge tarrase in each apartment units. Building is located on the outskirts of Velke Mezirici in the area of new resident developement with view on the whole town. Terraces on the south side are connected to living room, kitchen or bedroom. Private zone is located on the north side of building. This project emphasizes on roominess of the most frequented habitable rooms which is living room with kitchenette. Architectural design of building in cube shape with the sequence of terraces creates the appearance of a giant staircase. On the north side is located porch which is recessing into the building.

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the village Panenská Rozsíčka, located in the Vysočina Region.The apartment building is designed as atypical and is situated on flat terrain. The apartment building has two residential floors (and one basement floor) and has four residential units and common area of the house. One apartment is designed as a possible accessible. Total capacity is 12 people. The structure is base on strip foundations. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm 30 P+D. The thermal insulation is provided by the ETICS system. The ceiling structure is created with ceramic ceilings Porotherm MIAKO. The buildind is roofed with warm flet roof.

The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm 30 S Profi with facade thermal insulation Isover 70F of thickness 150mm. Horizontal structures are monolithic - reinforced concrete. The roof is made up as pitched roof konstrution in saltbog roof shape. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of an apartment building.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is design of a new detached apartment building in Střelice. It is presented as a form part of project documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and two above-ground floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. The building is roofed by a single-shell flat roof. There are 4 apartment units in the above-ground part containing 3 rooms with a kitchen and 4 rooms with a kitchen with a balcony or a terrace. In the basement, there are technical facilities, four individual garages and storage space for residents of the apartments. Structural system of the building is wall transversal masonry system from clay blocks. Part of the ceiling structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete and the rest is beam and block ceiling structure. The whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation.
Apartment Building in Litomyšli

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documetation for the construstion of a new apartment building in Litomyšl. The city is located in Pardubice region.The apartment building has three above-ground floors. The house is non-cellular. The object contains six apartment units. The house is located in a sloping terrain. The building is based on a concrete monolithic strip foundation and footings. The perimeter masonry is out of the system VELOX, which consists of štěpkocement board. The boards form a lost formwork fulfilled concrete core, in which the thermal insulation of the stabilized expanded polystyrene with addition graphite is incorporated. The celling construction is constituted of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, which are reinforced by a cross or one-way. The walls in the contact with the soil are made from the lost formwork of štěpkocement boards fulfilled with a concrete core with thermal insulation extruded polystyrene in the backsplash zone. Above this level there will be an insulation of non-flamble mineral wool. The roof is warmflat and its stabilizing layer is made of fluvial aggregate. On the roof a roof garden with a layer of plastic tercce planks is placed.
Flat House in Boskovice

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached apartment building in Boskovice. The object of the apartment building is set in a slightly sloping terrain, has one basement and three above-ground floors. There are six covered parking spaces and nine residential units. On each floor there are three residential units of different layout. The building is designed from a structural system of ceramic fittings, basement and part of the foundation structure are from lost formwork. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete, the roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Home for the elderly

This master thesis describes the design of a detached two-storey home for the eldery in Holešov with seventeen apartment units. The thesis includes architectural and structural designs, concept of technical systems and assessment of the building’s energy performance. The last part of the master thesis is about the vegetated roof water-balance. On the first floor there are facilities, canteen, a doctor´s office, a caretaker´s office, hairdresser´s and pedicure, buffet, tool storage and eight apartment units (1+kk – seven flats, 2+kk – one flat). On the second floor there are caregiver´s office, rehabilitation room, common room with library, and nine apartment units (1+kk – seven flats, 2+kk –two flat). The building has concrete foundations. Loadbearing walls are made of ceramic blocks. Floor structures and staircase are designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat extensive green roof. The envelope is insulated with ETICS. There are nineteen parking spaces on the plot. The drawings were elaborated in AutoCAD software.
